Warranty Information:

Each OASIS product carries a specific Limited Warranty which is backed by the manufacturer, OASIS Corporation, 265 N. Hamilton Road, Columbus, Ohio, USA, 43213. Most models for Five years parts and labor, some models for One year parts and labor, on the sealed refrigeration system. Other components may be covered for a greater or lesser period. Please refer to the warranty certificate which is enclosed with every product, regarding the specific warranty which corresponds to the particular product model which you purchased. In the case of Thermal coffee brewers, the warranty is one year, parts and labor on the entire system. In the case of POU coolers, the water cooler warranty applies (based upon specific model), however, neither OASIS nor Water Cooler Warehouse will be held liable for faulty installation/plumbing or defects due to workmanship and/or materials used by your installer. The maximum inlet water pressure must not exceed 100 PSI. Any damages incurred as the result of improper installation, excess pressure, including “water hammers”, voids the warranty. Use of a quality pressure regulator is strongly recommended.

Cooler Replacement:

All water coolers and drinking water systems are shipped via Motor Freight or carrier delivery service. Water Cooler Warehouse will replace any product, without charge to the original purchaser, if said product may become damaged due to the freight process. The Manufacturers Specific Warranty applies to all products, should they fail within the warranty period.
